Hi Guys,
I am already in the US and holding 2 H1Bs, one is full-time and the other is part-time. My part-time job employer wanted to hire me as full-time and I am considering this option, since my fullt-ime H1B is about to expire on Jan 2007. My questions are:
1. How long will it take to amend my H1B from part-time to full-time?
2. Do I also need to file a resignation from my full-time H1B employer upon filing of the amendment to show INS that I will actually work full-time to this employer?
3. Are there any issues that we need to address in filing an amendment?
4. Could you give me an idea what are the documents we need to submit for the amendment?
