My wife works with HP and they are asked her to L1 stamping in Nov 2nd week of 2006. After that she may needs to travel to US sometime in Dec end 2006 will be back by Feb end 2007.
I am going for H1-B stamping Dec 1st week of 2006 and would like to take H4 for my wife. Do we have any concerns to not get stamped both L1 and H4.
Once she comed back from US in Feb end 2007, I am planning to take her on h4.
