Passport renewal & H1B stamp validity

Hi,

My passport expires on July 2007. My H1B visa expires on June 2007. I'm in India these days so I was thinking of renewing the passport. As I'll get a new passport number, will it cause any problems at the time of reentry to USA or will it invalidate my H1B visa stamp. Please advise.

---- The new Passport and the new number does not cause any problems at the POE nor will it invalidate the H1B Visa affixed on your old Passport. All you have to do is carry both the Passports while returnign to US
