Parents visa and brothers H1B

Hi All,

I am currently in USA on H4. My brother will go for H1B (first time) stamping in couple of months to India. His F1 visa got rejected in 2000-2001 2 times under 214(B) because he showed that his Sister is in USA. Now this time for H1B stamping, he doesn't wants to show that his sister is in USA. But at the same time I am planning to bring my parents to visit us. We are going to sponser them not my brother.

So I just wants to know that will it affect my parents visit if my brother doesn't show about me and after two months they will go for stamping saying they have daughter in USA. Vo might ask them that where is your son? My brother is only Son with 3 Sisters. Please help me on this.

Do you think, we should tell about me for my brothers H1B also? Is it possible for them to track the record?

Hi Raj, undertandably it is a difficult situation. Only suggestion would be to NOT hide the information. Consequences tend to be harsher if they find out that you have hidden some data.
