221g Blue form@Chennai consulate on 15th nov

Hi Forum,

I have attended the interview on 15th Nov morning 8 a.m,
I had all supporting documents like I797,I129,LCA,Tax returns,pay stub, photos here & there, certificates, work experience certificates etc.

Actually inhouse project & i had Project description too, but she asked me to show the client letter regarding this project, finally she has issued blue form 221g in that she asked me to drop the list of documents at vfs drop box.

Friends, who are going to attend interview, try to keep client letter which is having clear technical project description.

221(g) with Blue Form.

Hi Forum,

Similar incident did took place with me too on 17th Nov'06. I had attended
with my family(my wife & kid), but the VO had given me Blue form 221(g)
stating that he wants Petitioner's State Umployment Wage Report which I
was unable to produce that. The VO also asked for the following docs :

** A notazied list of all the petitioner's employees of the job site listed. The
list should show all employees names, their specific job titles, and their
individual salaries and immigration status.

** The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names
and addresses.

** A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to
which you will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the
project, employer, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned,
worksite location, and marketing analysis for the final product.

Please suggest if I submit all these docs within a week or so, then the
Consulate will approve with stamping.

Dont worry, if you provide the required documents definitely you will the visa approved..
