Hi there,
I think I ve a complex situation here and have absolutely no one to guide me properly. To begin with..
1] I am getting married in the month of Jan(end).
2] My fiance has recently started working in the USA after his MS and is going get his H1 stamped here in India at the same time in Jan at the Mumbai consulate.
3] We have both paid our visa fees at the HDFC bank differently.
4] What I would like to know here is, will it be possible for both us of to go to the interview together after the marriage inspite of paying the visa fees differently? Kindly let me know how to go about it though we are still waiting for the visa dates to open for the year 2007.
5] I would also like to know if a H4 visa member can continue his education under this category because I have already received a few admits in the US.
Kindly guide me in this matter.
