Is it possible to have 2 valid H1B Visa?
Can anyone clarify this:
I have valid H1B visa stamped from an x company and currently working in India.
In the meantime, another company y offered me job and got me new H1B.
My question is,
1. Can i go for new H1B Visa interview keeping valid H1B visa from current employer, will my previous visa(H1) be cancelled by the Visa officer?
2. Or Can i use my current visa and at port of entry i declare to join new company in US.
