Hi all,
I have been working for company X from the past 1 and half year and I got LIN number through that company X.Now after H1 B getting stamped..they r asking me to give 2 yrs bond ,before going to US.So I decided to come out of the company and I already got offer in company Y.Dec 15th is my stamping date and H1 papers are now with me.,,so my question is
1> are H1 papers useful if I joinied in company Y OR when I can use the H1 papers ,,is it before going to H1 stamping?
2>If I got H1B stamped on behlaf of company X,then is that useful for company Y to send me to US.
please help me ,,I already asked so many guys about this,,nobody have clear idea.
