Hello All,
Need your expertise in H1 transfer.
A person has got H1B visa from company X. After a person entered into
US with H1B visa from company X, Without working with Company X,
A person has got an offer from company Y which is US and like to work with company X rather than Company Y.
Can a person/company Y transfer H1B from company X to Company Y?

Can a person/company Y transfer H1B from company X to Company Y?

Sorry i made a mistake in my last message. This is the correct one.
please respond to it

"A person has got a H1B visa from company X (ofcourse stamping for company X). A person is still in india. After he/she has got visa, he/she like to work for company Y. he/she got a offer from company Y. So he/she like to transfer the H1B from company X to company Y.
So, my question is whether Company Y can tranfer his/her visa from company X to Y without entering the US ?. if possible, Does a person again need to go to consulate to get the new stamping?.

Please let me know your valuable comments/suggestion.
