I did my MS here in US and then started working in OPT. My OPT expired in July'06 but before that I took admission in MBA in June'06 and maintaining a full time student status (F1). But when I filled my H1 (in the month of May'06) I didn't submit the 2nd I-20 which I got from school in June only, so they approved my H1 but denied the COS . I am going to India for stamping . Can you guys please suggest me anything specific I have to do...
