H4 to H1

Me and my daughter came to US on H4 visa with my husband . after 1
year i got the job and now I am on H1 visa , i want to travel in my home
country. Do I need to stamp my H1 there and my daughter is travelling
with me ans she is dependent on my husband H1 status. Is it possible for
her to come back on H4 on my husband H1 papers again .

Yes, you need to get it stamped in India.

Your daugher can come back on H4 that she got through your husband.
