Need to set up an appointment for H4

I am an Indian citizen, currently on H1B and planning to get married to a Peruvian Citizen. She is not in the US currently.

I would like to discuss this case with the attorney to find out the best approach for the marriage (getting married in India VS getting married in Peru etc).

I need to sponsor her H4, followed by add her to the green card process after that.

Can you please advice me the procedure to set up an appointment?
