H1B Approval/rejection chances(BCA)
I am a BCA graduate(i.e 12 +3) and have 4.6 yrs of IT experience as of now and am working for a reputed s/w firm.(current Capgemini and have worked for firms like Infosys and Reliance)
If my h1 b is applied in march 2007 through consultnat not company( by that time I will have 4.9 yrs experience) what chances I have for visa approval or rejection.
Pls keep in mind that visa would be applied by a conaultnat.Has anyone heard of 'data group INC'. if anyone can help me to find some info abt them.
