Need Information on H1 Extn..

I have just 5 months left in my H1 period to expire..
I had major Car accident and myself &husband & son all got badly injured ..
I was in process of applying Gc in Jan but then this happened in Feb 06 first week..
I know I'm completing my 6 yrs and my H1 b won't be extn for more than 5 months..
My Question
Can I get Short Term Disability period included too in Extn..
Also can the rest of 3 months after STD my also be include as my son needed assistance due to Traumatic Brian Injury..
