H4 Visa - Details about brother / sister

Hi,

I got the H1B visa from the Chennai counslate and applying an appointment for H4 visa for my wife.

In the form DS 156 they had asked about whether you have any of your Brother / Sister staying in the USA.

My wife brother and sister are there. so should we write yes and give the details.

They is also one problem, actually in 2001 my wife has applied for H1b and got refused, that time she had not furnished the details about her brother and sister.

Is it ok we tell yes now. and if they asked why you have not tolded earlier what shoud we answer.

Please advice us.

Furnish all correct info. they wonttake any objection if ur wife sis/bro is in US.
no need to worry.

They will not ask why u didnt furnished the details in 2001.

Dont worry about anything. getting H4 is very simple.

dont worry...they will not ask.

They never ask anything about any info provided earlier by ur relatives/bro/sis/u

If they ask you u can say that u r not very sure what u have mentiond in ur earlier forms. (I am sure they will not ask)
