H1 Visa Validity
Hi All,
My brother has H1 visa stamped on his passport. It's validity is from 2 Aug 2006 to 30 Sept 2008. Because of some personal reasons he is not able to come.
Is there any validity time period before which he must come to US ? Does he need to get new offer letter from same employer ? Will there be any issue because of delay in his plan to come to US ?
