Unlucky on L visa

Dear All,

I need your suggestion on applying US visa, Below are the details.

Blanket L - Rejected on May 21st 2005 - Rejected Reason - Specialized knowledge not apparent, apply for individual L ( at that time i had only 6 months of experience)

Individual L pettion - petition rejected (didn't attend interview) on March 2006, Reason - Must have atleast 1 year of experience in current project (at that time i had 1.7 year total experience, 8 months of project experience)

B Visa - Got the b visa on Aug 8, 2006 - They didn't ask about L visa rejections

Totally i have 2.2 years of experience


Now what visa should i apply? either shall i go for Individual L petition or blanket L
Is there any possiblity to get Blanket L or Individual L? or shall i wait for sometime?
in blanket will they ask about individual L petition rejection?

Please Help me,

I have planned to apply for either Blanket L or Individual L, because for H1b i thing minimum experience is 3 yrs.

if i go for blanket L, will they ask about Individual L petition denial notice,

or if i go for again Individual L petition, what is the possiblities to get it for the same project(since the Individual L petition got rejected for the same project on may 2006)
