Got 221(G) in chennai on 9th Jan '06
Hi,
I am an MBA HR and working in MNC since 5 months. before that i was with small company as SAP HR consulant. before tht HR executive in IT company.
total i have 4.4 yrs of exp...
i have a part tim PGDCA
i applied for H1b....
in my education evaluation they mentioned that it is equilent to MIS infromations and in my I297 they gave my degaree as MIS informations.
i went to chennai on 9th jan 2007.
she saw that MIS informations and she said that how come MBA is equalent to MIS infromations. i told her i have PGDCA she told it is not from deemed university.
she told me i am not qualified.
she gave me the blue form and she ticled under Application Processing Information:
The petition is being returned to USCIS for further review. Upon completion of the review USCIS will contact your petitioner. Please wait for a notification from the Consulate before returning.
she asked weather i am carrying the photocopies of my certifiacates and my work exp. i said no.. she took my originals and did not return them to me. she told she need some time to take photocopies and she will return then
pls, pls.. can any bosy help me on the same....
what will happen next, is it a rejection...
