Hello Everyone,
I was on H4 and then my Petition for H1B was approved in 2005 and have been working since Oct 1st 2005. I do have all the W2's, and pay stubs to date. I Have no education background in USA, but I do have a Bachelors degree from India. My H4 Visa expired some time in late November 2005. I want to go to Canada to get my H1 stamping, but a little worried about the U.S consulate asking me to go to my native country to get the stamping as this will be my first H1 stamping and as I have no education background either from Canada or USA.I would really appreciate if anyone would share their experience of visiting Canada for H1 visa stamping. any suggestions on what all documents should be taken along with me to consulate would be highly appreciated.
