Hi ,
One of my frnd has been laid off by Company 'X' and was given time to transfer the H1B. She applied for Transfer to 'A' consultancy and during the period of transfer process, she got a permanent job. The Company 'B' applied again for her H1B tranfers. Still Company 'X' has not cancelled her Visa.
What will be the VISA status now.
Whether she needs to work with Company 'A' or She can work for Company 'B'. Both the H1B Petition are in process and Company 'A' has got the WAC Petition # which is in process.
The Company 'B' has applied for premiur processing. Once approved , what will happen to Company'A' petition.
But she would like work only with Company 'B', who will be her employer now. Please advise ASAP
