Regd. H1 transfer while Wife in India

Hi All,

I would like to transfer my H1. Is it required that I get my visa re-stamped or is there a simpler way?

My wife is currently in India and she is on H4 visa. If I transfer my H1 to a different company while my wife is in India, will it effect her in any way? Can she come back to USA without any problem using the old H4 visa or is it required to get a new H4 stamped for her? Please let me know. Is it required to get both our passports stamped with the new companies name under US Visa? Please respond. Many thanks in advance.

---- Ther is no need for a Visa if you are residing in the US after the transfer has taken place

---- You have to provide her a copy of your new I-797 for her to get a I-94 till the validity date at the POE
