Employer strength

Hi All,

I have my H1-B interview in a couple of weeks from now in chennai.
My question is will employer strength play a major role in the visa issual as my employer has got only 3 employees working under him.Rest everything is fine including the documents from my employer side and from my side also.
Please help me in this regard,

No, I dont think it will be a problem for succesful stamping, my employer also had 3 employees, i had my H1 visa got stamped.

just prepare yourself to answer the questions, just try to convince the officer.

Don't worry

Don't worry about employees in your company.It doesn't matter how many emploees ur company having. One of my friends got H1 stamped recently ,he is the first employee for that employer.

Don't worry..be confident.
