hi guys,
I got an 221(g) query from the US Consulate.It mentioned me to submit the following documents.
1) Income tax and financial documents of the petetioner
2) Notarized list of the employee's working at the petetioners work premises
3) State Unemployment wage reports,showing all the wages paid to each employee in the state for the past two quarters as filed to the state of Delaware.
( This should not be payroll reports** but the actual forms filed to the state authoritis listing each employee and wages paid during the quarter)
Iam a bit confused about the 3rd query.My employer is unable to understand what it means.Can someone please help me.
