I am applying H4 visa for my minor son in india. I have the following questions:
1. I am on H1B in usa. Should i provide Affidavit I 34 to my son to get H4 visa?
2. Should i pay visa issuance fee 2300 after visa approval?
3. How long you intend to stay in USA?
what should be the answer because my son is going to stay with me till i am here on H1
4.what is the purpose of your trip?
what should be the answer for this
5. I have enrolled for onlin banking statements, so is it ok if i take bank statement printouts from my mail ? How many monthis bank statements should be provided?

Hi ,

thank you very much for your answers. I have one more question , i have my sons birth certificate in mixing of english and tamil language. i.e
Name :
Date of birth:
place of birth:
.....
....
all answeres for these items are writen in regional language but the left hand side items are in english. is it ok or should we go for any translations
