Hi
I am currently working for X company, they had asked me to file my H1 B papers, but i had already iniciated my process with one of my friend staying in USA.
Now my questions are
1. Can i apply both sides one from my company and also from my friends employeer in usa.wll there be any problem's later.
2. what wll happens if i receive 2 petition from both the companies is this a legal or illegal to go for the multiple H1 B processing.
3. if i plan to go thru my company then is it possible to transfer the H1 B to the other employer in usa with out travelling once to USA. i mean still continuing my service to company X can i transfer H1B to usa employer with out travelling once's to USA.
Please Guide me... bcz am badly stuck with the decision whether to go with my company or with my friends employer.
please advice me !!!! which is the best to go with
