H1 Transfer and H4 issues

Hi,
My brother-in-law is going through H1 transfer. My sister would like to
visit India in June-July 07. Her original H4 expires in August end.

What are the options for her :

1. Go to India and come back with original H4 hoping they ignore 1 month
validity.

2. Go to India and get a new H4 visa with the new employer paperwork.

3. Is there something like revalidating her H4 visa bu post to some BCIS
office in US
