Hi,
I am not sure if I am writing at a correct mail ID, and if I am it would be a great help if I can get a doubt cleared up.
I am on H1 (since a year) and applying for a green card through my company. I know i will loose my H1 If I decide to go for higher studies in between the procedure of green card approval. Also I will have to get a F1 again for studies.
If I go for studies after another 2 years (i.e 3 years overall on H1), would I have another 6 years on H1 after my studies or would I be left with only 3 more years? So does the period of 6 years on H1 start again if I get on any other visa (F1) in between?
