L2 EAD to H1
Hi,
I am on L2 with EAD and am waiting for the renewal of my EAD that expires in April 2007. I am also getting my H1 applied by some company here. They have told me that I need not wait for my EAD renewal as after filing my H1, they will provide me with a receipt on behalf of which i am entitled to work until my H1 gets approved(or rejected). They say I dont need EAD renewal at all then.
Is it true??
