H1 transfer, travel and stamping.

I was having an H1 visa stamped from a previous company 'P' which has
been expired in my passport. Currently I am employed at Company 'A' and
Company 'A' is holding my H1 visa. I work in Company 'B' as contractor. Now
Company 'B' wants to give me permanent employee, but the process will take 2-3 months. I want to go to India next month. Is it advisable to go ?

a. Should I go after I get visa papers and new H1 petition from Company
'B'?
b. Will there be any issues if I take Visa stamping showing Company 'A'
H1 petition papers ? (It could be that my Visa papers will be in process
from Company 'B). Can I enter US showing the stamped visa and company 'A' H1 petition papers. Is it possible that company 'A' could my revoke my H1, which will prevent me entering into US.

---- Considering your situation one would suggest that you go on your vacation, get your Visa issued for company A (The validity of H1 petition with this company is not posted), return to US with a valid and unexpired Visa in your Passport. R=Then apply for H1 transfer to company B and live happily thereafter

---- After all your vacation is not going to be that long (hopefully) that you start thinking of revocation and things like that
