    Dears,
as my employer does not accept to hire an attorney I'm doing all
the job bymyself. However I have just one question about LCA.
although the procedure should be started from now so that all the
documents would be ready for April I found the below message on
    ETA's website:

"An LCA shall be submitted by the employer to ETA no earlier
than six months before the beginning date of the period of intended
    employment shown on the LCA."

so if I apply now and as the job starting date is October 1st
would there be any problems in between?

I also appreciate if someone can give me more infor on H1B.

my employer will file my LCA on 2nd of April, it's easy and the approval comes in 5-10 min. He will file all H1B set the same day to USCIS. This was his advice if they want to hire me from Oct 1.
    Good luck!
