I am on H1 visa, which is valid till March 2008. Can I get this transfered to a different employer?
From what situation can I switch over to a different employer? (Do I need to wait till I get transfer processed?)

How many pay stubs are needed before i go for the transfer?

What is the cost involved?

---- What do you mean by "situation" wehn you want to transfer

How many pay stubs are needed before i go for the transfer?

---- There is no hard and fast rule, but 2-3 months pay stubs are a general practice

What is the cost involved?

---- Ask the employer who wants to transfer the H1 as it involves lawyer fees, processing fees etc
