Please help me out.
In my passport the visa stamped and the i 94 is valid till 4th March 2007 and in my H1b Petition i 797 its only August 2007.
Can i stay in US and work still August 2007 ?
Or do i have to do any thing on the same for legalizing
My license also expires on March 4 th ,what should i do with this if i stay still August.
