My H1 B extension was filed on 29th Jan 2007. I am travelling on Apr 25 2007. What are the chances that I should get my petition before that? When is the cut-off time I should start thinking about premium processing?

My H1 B extension was filed on 29th Jan 2007. I am travelling on Apr 25 2007. What are the chances that I should get my petition before that? When is the cut-off time I should start thinking about premium processing?

---- There is no hard and fast rule for getting the petition in time. If you have travel plans then you should go premium processing. There is no cut off time for this, although ideally you should get you H1 approved in 2-3 weeks (considering postal delays, holidays etc)
