I just landed a couple days back on H1B and after coming here I saw my consultant is not doing well with me and now here if I want to tranfer my H1B to some other conultant then is it possible, if yes then what documents we need and also this tranfer is possible without knowlege of current consultnat.

---- Ask the consultant who wants to transfer your H1 as that is the most authentic source (normally the documents you submitted with your earlier employer should be good enough)
