this is naaani plz help me out .......my husband is in germany applied for h1b visa so he wants to attend the interview nd get stamping itself in germany nd wants to com back immediately to india nd takes me as h4visa(dependent).....
1)my question is that after stamping h1b visa in germany can he com to india immedieately nd take me as dependent?
2)is that compulsory that where we he gets stamp of h1bvisa should go to usa from that country only or he can go from different countries ex:my husband stays in germany should he go to usa from that place only or from any place like india,uk etc after h1b visa stamped
3)one more last question i want to enter my spouse name in my passport
my question is will they issue new passport seperately or they joint both oldpassport nd new passport together by sticking with glue ......i mean is the old passport is seperated from new passport
