- I have changed my company in last october, My H1B is still in process with the new employer. My employer received a notice from USCIS to provide some evidence.
My problem is I dont want to go with my current employer for which my H1 is in process. Could I change my company at this stage?
He has not given me the paystubs (from nov 2006) I have joined his company. Right now I ma having only 797 from my previous employer and I am not aware whether that is still valid or not,
