Running payroll

Friends,
My H1B is approved with labour of DE but I am working WA for last 7 months. My employer is running my payroll in DE state only. I am paying state taxes too. Now if I want to run my payroll in WA where NO STATE TAX. Will there be any problems in running my payroll in WA when H1 was approved in DE.

Please respond ASAP.

Hi,

I have worked in WA before and my H1B was approved from different state. My case is like this..
First I got H1B extension (petition) and then I moved to WA for a project and then I got my payroll moved to WA. your emplyer has to do this.
