I've completed my B.Tech in April 2006 and at present i'am doing a job.
I've 11 months of exp. till now, can i file for H1 visa in April 2007.
and plz give me the details regarding the documents to be filed
and one more is do i need my convocation certificate (copy or original) for
filing a H1 visa or do i need it at the time of interview.
