hi,
I am currently on o.p.t status.I will be filing my H1 on Apr 1. While I was on F1 I filed F2 visa for my spouse and it was rejected thrice.
If I file premium H1 in Apr I will get the result in 3 weeks I guess.
Will I be able to send H4 papers to my spouse as soon as my H1 is approved or should I have to wait till the start date of my H1 ie, Oct 1?
Please help me..
