H4 visa holder can travel from INDIA to USA while her conversion to H1B??

Hi,
My wife is having H4 visa and I am planning to apply for H1B visa in this quota. Is it advisable sending her to india for 2 month's trip from August?
FYI, She will return within October.It won't be any problem right?
Please let me know if you know the exact information.
