OPT and H1 gap
Hey guys
Am going for H1B visa stamping for first time and have some querry.
My OPT expiration date is 08-18-2004 and begining date of my H1-B is Oct-01- 2004 (I was told due to some rule changes that year all new H1-Bs starts at October). So there was approximately 41 days gap. Is this an issue? does this create problem?
I had my H1 approval notice in my hand much before OPT expired. Please send me details on what questions I might face for this gap.
