I797 of previous employer
Hey guys,
Am goin for first time H1-B stamping. My first employer just send me I-94 part of the whole 797 A document. He never send me the whole document. I had two more H1-B approvals after this. Does the "first employer" I797 matter? Is the I-94 part good enough in case the consular asks?
