    L1 B to H1 B

    Hi,

    I am on LI-B with company A and company B would like to file H1B for me this april.

    Could someone advise if my L1B will still be valid after H1B petition is approved. In case I wish not to join company B, would my L1B be still valid even if I have the H1B.

    What will happen to H1B, will it get expired?

    Please help!!
