My wife is pregnent and going for H1 stamping

Hi,
My wife is in US and she had H4 stamped on her passport. She is working since last 6 months on new H1 sponsered by reputed co in US. H1 is not yet stamped on her passport.

She is 4 month pregnent and planning to visit India in one month time.

She has to appear for H1 visa stamping in India when she is 5 month pregnent ....

Qs:

1.Can that be an issue...can visa be rejected due to that reason?
2. Do we need to worry at port of entry?
