Folks -

I have my H1B converted into L1A. I want to know if I can still shift to a new company on my H1B petition. Is it so that my H1B is now invalid as the conversion took place?
Is this question more for an Attorney?

Hi

Once you have got a change of status approved and received your notice of action I-797 of your L1A, the H1B becomes null & void. YOu will no be able to work with the same H1B legally
