H1 B transfer question

Hi all..

please advice me on this ...its really urgent for me .

I have two years of work exp and a masters degree . I have been working for company A here in US and i got a job offer from other company and applied for H1 transfer .

The job req of the new job are 4 years of work ex , will it be an issue to get the approval having 2 yrs of work ex + masters ??

the job requirement is set by the employer and i dont think USCIS has anythng to do with it. Hence , approval should not be an issue as long as all the required documentation has been submitted.
