H1 transfer without pay slips

Hello,

I have a valid H1 b Visa but I am in India and hasnt joined that company.
I am getting some calls from gud consultants regarding job.

1 Can I get my H1 transfer without having pay slips.?
2.will it be under law and in future can it cause any trouble regarding
any legal issues (Without payslip applying for h1 transfer).
3. if the transfer get rejected, will my current emplyer get to know abt
that and what wil be status of my Visa at that time.. will it be considered rejected?

You can't really do H1 transfer. You have to go for new H1 as you never
worked in US on H1.

I also faced the same problem, I worked for company A and got the H1B which is valid till 30-Sep-2007. Now I am working with company B and cleared the interview with the US based company C in January 2007. And they (Company C) said that then can do the transfer of my H1B which will be out of H1B quota. And said that I will get the approval in the month of June at the max. I received the I129 form copy as well from them.
Now i am not sure whether this thing will work properly or what.
I am desperately looking out for help on this.
