My wife is going for her H4 interview on tuesday at Chennai. I am in USA on H1-B from last 2 months and I am with my company for last 11 months.
I have some questions regarding "my" documents she needs to carry.
1) I don't have any W2/W4 or tax related form as of now since I am in US from last 2 months only. Will they ask her about tax related document?
2) I have sent my paystubs to her for last 2 months. Do my pay stubs need to be notorise? If yes, then How do I do it from US?
3)I have only last 2 months may stubs and 6 months bank statement of Indian account. Will it suffice?
4)What is unemployment wages report? does she need to carry that? I dont have it.
5)What are the possible questions she might be asked and any other suggession please write to me.
