H1 quota...H4-H1

Hi,

I am on h4.Will b filing my h1 this yr.It seems H1 quota is going to be over soon this year.I am filing thru normal processing.
1) Is it possible i can do premium processing if i feel there is a delay in approval may be in the month on june ,july?
2) I send my papers to USCIS on 1st april thru normal processing.and someone else sends his/her papers after me thru premium processing.whose
H1 will be approved first if there is only 1 application left?

Dont waste money in premium processing since you can start work only in October 07. In fact, make sure you do not pay more than $2500 for the entire conversion.

>>Your application will be processed first. Premium processing does not improve your chances of getting H1.
