Hi,
Iam currently working in a reputed financial domain company.
I Got H1B on last month via a Consultant, when i inform this to my current
company, now they are ready to sent me in L1 for one year.
Can you please provide your valuable suggestion for the below mentioned points.
1,Can i land in US in L1 with the current company and after 1 year can i take a job using my H1B. is it possible to convert the L1 with H1B , using H1B which i hold now ?
2,Will it be a problem to go stamping for L1 with the current company , because i got my H1B before 30 days, do i get any question regarding my H1B stamping ?
3,I already have B1 from current company , i have travel to US last december 2006 for 2 week via the current working company.
